This Economics Grade 13 Teacher's Guide has been compiled by the Department of Commerce (Department of Science & Technology, National Institute of Education, Maharagama), Econ English Medium Teachers Guide. This Teacher's Guide has been prepared according to the new economics syllabus since 2018. A practical teaching-learning process that can be implemented in the classroom for 42 competency levels from the first competency in the grade 13 syllabus has been proposed in this manual. The relevant competency levels, the number of periods allocated for the competency level, and the learning outcomes expected to have been achieved at the end of learning the subject matters under the competency level, are contained first & then proposed instructions for lesson planning, followed by a guideline to explain the subject matters are also contained in this manual in great details. Proposed activities for assessment & evaluation are also associated with many competency levels at the end. This book has 229 pages.
